Advice for Tenants

We aim to provide an excellent experience for current and prospective tenants. We treat everyone fairly and do not have a “first come, first served” approach. Viewings are offered to all vetted applicants.

What you need to know

To rent one of our properties we will need the following information from you and all adults in the household:

  • Landlord Reference (if you are currently renting)
  • Employer Reference
  • Evidence of Earnings
  • Proof of Address
  • Proof of ID

What you can expect from us

  • We will try to accommodate viewing requests whenever possible
  • We will work with you to achieve your timescales for moving 
  • We will treat you with respect and consideration and ask that you treat us in the same way
