Couples supplement of £50 per month.
All the bills included are council tax, gas, electricity, water, broadband and a television license for the communal areas.
There's one space for parking in front of the house, which is available to share between the house mates and there is additional road parking.
This house does not have a typical layout - it is spread over 4 floors and there is a bathroom or wc on 3 of these, so never a shortage. The rooms are spread evenly across the house, so you will never feel crowded in! The main kitchen is larger than average for a house share of this size and has a table for 6, which is great for chatting over coffee or pizza, and a large range style gas cooker. The living room is just opposite this kitchen, so dinner in front of the tele is easy too.
The house is ideally situated close to the town centre, just up from the cross roads of Valley Road and Norwich Road. The bus stop into town is opposite the house, where Ipswich Buses run services 9, 10 and 19 to and from the town centre. The service runs every 10 minutes between 6. 30am and 6. 30pm, then every 30 minutes until 11.00pm.
It's then easy to get to the main bus station in town.
Ipswich has its main railway station on Burrell Road, a 10-15 minute walk from the town centre, or a short bus or taxi ride away.
The station is on the InterCity main line to London, and has 3 direct services per hour running to the capital Monday - Saturday daytimes taking just over an hour to reach Liverpool Street station. There are also direct links to Colchester, Stratford, Bury St. Edmunds, Cambridge, Ely, Peterborough, Norwich, Felixstowe, Lowestoft and a large number of other places.
It takes just under 10 minutes to get to the A12/14, which is about 4 miles away.
